The Talent Development Partner will support employee development, engagement initiatives, and ERG programs, manage engagement platforms, and provide operational support to the Talent Management team to strengthen culture and organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

 

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Talent Development Partner to support employee development, engagement, and inclusive culture initiatives. This role partners closely with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), manages the employee engagement platform, and provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Management team. The position requires strong coordination skills, data literacy, and a proactive approach to fostering an engaging employee experience.


Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of talent management programs such as succession planning and leadership development
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for Employee Resource Groups, supporting governance and programming
- Administer and optimize the employee engagement platform, including surveys and reporting
- Analyze engagement data and prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and culture initiatives
- Streamline processes, manage documentation, and support budget and vendor coordination


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR, learning and development, employee engagement, or program coordination
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and HR or engagement platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
