Job Description

 

Index is seeking an Emailing Representative to design and manage B2B outreach campaigns focused on generating qualified meetings for the sales pipeline. This commission-based, fully remote role requires strong campaign ownership, automation expertise, and performance optimization through data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities:
- Design and execute B2B email outreach campaigns aligned with target audience and ideal client profiles
- Implement and manage email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences
- Arrange qualified meetings between prospects and sales representatives
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize open and reply rates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports
- Ensure compliance with email regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM while maintaining high deliverability


Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in outreach or sales with proven campaign management success
- Proficiency with email automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of deliverability, engagement metrics, and email best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
