Index is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Representative to generate qualified leads and booked meetings through LinkedIn prospecting. This fully remote, result-based role requires managing multiple LinkedIn profiles and executing structured outreach campaigns to support business growth. The position focuses on measurable performance, lead nurturing, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers via LinkedIn
- Manage 3–4 LinkedIn profiles to maximize outreach capacity
- Engage prospects in conversations to assess interest and qualification
- Develop and execute structured lead nurturing strategies
- Align outreach efforts with sales and marketing objectives
- Provide regular performance updates and lead generation reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple LinkedIn profiles effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
