2trde is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end commercial processes across wholesale, auction, and fulfillment operations. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring KPI achievement, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and efficiency in cross-border vehicle trading.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial operations across sales, wholesale, auctions, and fulfillment services
- Develop and optimize CRM systems, auction platforms, and fulfillment workflows
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure execution alignment
- Manage cross-border payments, documentation, and logistics processes
- Mentor and guide sales and operations teams to ensure accountability and consistent results
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, commercial, or business operations
- Proven leadership managing performance-driven teams with measurable KPIs
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
- Strong process optimization and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in fulfillment-heavy or cross-border operational environments preferred
