Xpate is seeking a Product Manager to own and execute the strategy for its core user-facing systems, including client onboarding, client portal, and internal operations tools. This role requires hands-on product leadership, deep domain expertise in fintech onboarding and payments, and a strong focus on automation and AI-driven workflows. The Product Manager will design frictionless user experiences that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points across onboarding and portal workflows
- Own the B2B onboarding journey, including user flows, prototypes, and regulatory integration
- Define and execute the client portal strategy to enable self-service and reduce support volume
- Design internal operations dashboards and workflows with automation focus
- Identify AI and automation opportunities within routine processes
- Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and iterate based on data insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, BaaS, or payments
- Deep expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows
- Ability to prototype concepts and wireframes using tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and automation tools
- High level of ownership and execution focus
- Ability to challenge requirements and propose optimized solutions
