Index is seeking a Chief Technical Office Delivery Lead to guide a newly acquired company through its next phase of growth and operational maturity. This executive role focuses on scaling engineering capacity, strengthening delivery governance, and aligning technical strategy with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Scale engineering and delivery teams from approximately 50 to 100+ specialists
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and quality standards
- Implement Agile, DevOps, and release management best practices
- Act as senior technical authority in client engagements, providing architectural guidance
- Align technical vision with broader company growth and integration strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Operations, and leadership teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior management experience in delivery and operational leadership
- Proven experience scaling engineering organizations in outsourcing or software delivery environments
- Strong technical foundation across architecture and engineering disciplines
- Experience implementing KPIs, performance metrics, and governance processes
