The Team Lead Compensation and Benefits will own and evolve the company’s total rewards strategy, oversee HR budgeting, lead C&B projects, and manage a specialist team to ensure competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation programs.

Job Description

 

GR8 Tech is seeking a Team Lead Compensation and Benefits to own and develop the company’s global C&B function. This role is responsible for shaping total rewards strategy, ensuring operational excellence, managing HR budgeting, and leading a team of specialists. The position supports sustainable business growth by designing competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation programs across multiple regions.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with company objectives and market benchmarks
- Design and manage salary structures, bonus schemes, and incentive programs
- Oversee HR budgeting, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance of compensation programs with regulatory requirements
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives within the C&B function
- Manage and develop a team of compensation and benefits specialists


Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a C&B Team Lead
- Proven track record delivering complex C&B projects and total rewards strategies
- Deep expertise in compensation benchmarking and benefits program design
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing large data sets
- Experience managing HR budgets and financial forecasting
- Upper-intermediate or higher English and fluent Ukrainian
