Junior Product Manager

Native is a next-generation liquidity infrastructure provider transforming trading through a credit-driven model powered by its Credit Margin Engine. The Junior Product Manager will coordinate cross-functional development efforts, manage product timelines and documentation, and support delivery of blockchain and DeFi solutions. This role focuses on aligning technical and non-technical teams while ensuring structured execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Native is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the planning and execution of product development initiatives within its DeFi liquidity infrastructure platform. This role works closely with the Tech Head and cross-functional teams to coordinate development efforts, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The position requires strong organizational skills and a structured approach to product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan and oversee development initiatives
- Manage product timelines, resources, and project tracking activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, researchers, and stakeholders
- Maintain and review product documentation, status reports, and risk assessments
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Track milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software or blockchain/DeFi projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion and GitHub
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
