Director, Financial Services Solutions

RegScale is a cyber GRC platform enabling CISOs to manage security controls through Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), accelerating certification and audit processes for regulated enterprises. The Director, Financial Services Solutions will lead product strategy for the financial services vertical, translating regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions and collaborating across product, engineering, and customer teams to modernize compliance management.

RegScale is seeking a Director, Financial Services Solutions to lead product strategy and execution for its financial services vertical. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role serves as the bridge between customers, product management, and engineering teams. The position focuses on translating complex regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities while ensuring measurable value for highly regulated financial institutions.

Responsibilities:
- Own the financial services product strategy and roadmap aligned with market and customer needs
- Serve as subject matter expert for Financial Services Cyber GRC within the organization
- Translate regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, and SOX into actionable product requirements
- Partner with customers to identify pain points, use cases, and success criteria
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to guide design, prioritization, and validation
- Represent the company at industry events and support go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Marketing

Requirements:
- 10+ years managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance within financial services
- Deep understanding of major regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Experience scaling complex compliance programs using automation tools
- Ability to convert regulatory requirements into technical and process solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across business and technology teams
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
