Job Description

 

Index is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation initiatives primarily through LinkedIn. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline through structured outreach and CRM management. The position requires strong communication skills, LinkedIn expertise, and the ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment.


Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers via LinkedIn
- Engage prospects in conversations to assess needs and qualification fit
- Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies across the sales funnel
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and updated lead records within CRM systems
- Provide regular reporting on outreach performance and campaign effectiveness


Requirements:
- Proven experience generating leads through LinkedIn or similar channels
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn tools, features, and outreach best practices
- Ability to manage multiple LinkedIn profiles effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with LinkedHelper is advantageous
