Index is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support its international B2B growth within the technology and SaaS sectors. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and structured pipeline management. The position requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and consistent follow-up to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads
- Maintain communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Assess client hiring needs and determine alignment with Index services
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, activities, and pipeline stages
- Collaborate with Lead Generation, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to align messaging
- Manage structured follow-ups and nurture leads to conversion and account growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or similar roles
- Strong outreach and prospecting experience across multiple communication channels
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
- Professional English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and top-level responsibility ownership
