Job Description

 

Clipboard is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support growth within its Home Health vertical. This high-activity outbound role focuses on generating pipeline through consistent cold outreach and lead qualification. The position is fully remote and suited for individuals motivated by activity-driven targets and career progression into closing roles.


Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls weekly to prospective customers
- Deliver compelling product pitches through cold outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging in real time
- Accurately track outreach activities and results in Salesforce
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on customer feedback


Requirements:
- Strong spoken English and confidence in live phone conversations
- Resilience and consistency when facing rejection
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, experimental environment
