Native is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand its presence within the global DeFi ecosystem. This senior-level role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and leading market expansion efforts. The position requires deep industry expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to execute revenue-generating strategies within blockchain and fintech markets.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategies to expand market presence and create long-term enterprise value
- Identify new business opportunities and assess evolving DeFi and blockchain market trends
- Build and nurture relationships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, and financial institutions
- Lead market entry initiatives through tailored go-to-market strategies across regions
- Negotiate and close high-value strategic partnerships to drive sustained revenue growth
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align business and product strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5–8+ years of experience in business development or sales, with leadership experience
- Extensive background in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi sectors
- Strong understanding of liquidity infrastructure and blockchain technology
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
