NetSuite Administrator

The NetSuite Administrator will develop and optimize engineering solutions across NetSuite, Salesforce, and related business systems. This role focuses on improving process efficiency, supporting business operations, maintaining system compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality system performance in a distributed environment.

Canonical is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and enhance its Commercial Systems operations within a globally distributed environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality engineering solutions across NetSuite, Salesforce, and related business systems while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. This position requires strong collaboration with engineering and business teams and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
- Support and optimize business processes within enterprise systems
- Maintain system compliance and operational integrity
- Contribute to engineering best practices and process improvements
- Mentor colleagues and provide career development feedback when applicable

Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent alternative path
- Proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering strong results
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP platforms
- Professional written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally twice annually for company events
