INFUSE is seeking a strategic and creative Instructional Designer (Contract) to develop impactful blended learning experiences for adult professionals. This role focuses on designing modern, story-driven e-learning programs aligned with business objectives. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders while leveraging evidence-based instructional design principles and generative AI technologies to create engaging and scalable learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create learner-centric experiences.
- Design and curate self-paced e-learning modules, virtual sessions, and applied learning activities.
- Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and content relevance across delivery formats.
- Leverage generative AI tools, including configuring custom GPTs, to enhance learning solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
- Background in instructional design with experience in AI implementation.
- Understanding of large language models and their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience prototyping and configuring AI-driven learning tools.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Ability to apply andragogy principles to adult professional learning contexts.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
