Senior Marketing Manager

Native is a next-generation liquidity infrastructure provider transforming inventory-based trading into a credit-driven model through its Credit Margin Engine. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, drive high-impact campaigns across social and digital channels, and build strong brand presence within the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem, targeting both technical audiences and end users.

Native is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies across its growing DeFi ecosystem. This leadership role focuses on building brand awareness, driving product adoption, and expanding Native’s presence across Web3 communities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex blockchain concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.  

Responsibilities:  
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of new product lines.  
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business objectives.  
- Lead social media growth and community engagement strategies across key platforms.  
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to refine strategies and optimize performance.  
- Produce and oversee creation of long-form and short-form content across channels.  
- Act as a strategic advisor on brand positioning and audience engagement initiatives.  

Requirements:  
- 6–8 years of experience in content marketing and campaign management.  
- Proven success running growth marketing campaigns for technical and consumer audiences.  
- Strong writing skills with experience in both micro-content and long-form content.  
- Deep knowledge of DeFi, crypto, blockchain, and Web3 technologies.  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.  
- Strong analytical and communication skills with fluency in English.
