A rapidly expanding U.S.-based healthcare staffing firm is seeking a Healthcare Staffing Sales Development Representative to secure vendor contracts and purchase orders with healthcare facilities nationwide. This role focuses on high-volume outbound outreach, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding to accelerate revenue generation. The position requires strong persistence, professional communication, and disciplined pipeline management within a KPI-driven remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, surgical centers, outpatient facilities, and home care organizations.
- Initiate and manage vendor onboarding processes, including MSAs and purchase orders.
- Negotiate terms with hiring managers and purchasing departments to secure signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, contract status, and next steps.
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports outlining progress, challenges, and wins.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs after contract execution.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing industry.
- Proven outbound sales development experience targeting U.S. healthcare decision-makers.
- Strong English communication skills with professional phone presence.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and job boards such as CareerMD and Indeed.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST).
- Reliable remote setup including required hardware, internet speed, and workspace.
