Yellow Card is seeking a Payops Manager to oversee and optimize payment operations across multiple markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless processing of deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and reconciliations while maintaining liquidity and compliance standards. The Payops Manager will lead a team of analysts, enhance operational processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support efficient treasury and payment functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Manage company accounts to ensure liquidity alignment, accuracy, and timely settlements.
- Lead, coach, and develop payment analysts to drive accountability and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all payment activities.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payment-related issues.
- Drive treasury portal implementation, manage liquidity exposure, maintain SOPs, and oversee ticketing system reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payment operations or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and strong analytical thinking skills.
