This Sales Executive role focuses on driving new business acquisition, managing full-cycle sales in the FX and payments space, and expanding client relationships across EMEA and LATAM markets.

Job Description

 

Verto is seeking a Sales Executive to support its mission of transforming cross-border payments for businesses in emerging markets. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and promoting FX and payment solutions to clients across EMEA and LATAM.


Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and in-person engagement.
- Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Leverage FX and payments expertise to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of targeted prospects and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Engage multiple decision-makers using a consultative sales approach to navigate complex buying processes.
- Collaborate with Account Management to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within payments and foreign exchange.
- Proven experience working with clients across EMEA and LATAM regions.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders effectively.
