HireHawk is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to support industrial property investment initiatives within a dynamic, high-volume acquisition environment. This full-time remote contractor role focuses on sourcing opportunities, managing deal flow, and coordinating due diligence activities from initial review through closing.
Responsibilities:
- Source and track industrial acquisition opportunities through broker and owner outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, sellers, and market intermediaries to expand deal flow.
- Screen deals and conduct preliminary property evaluations to identify viable investments.
- Coordinate due diligence processes across underwriting, legal, finance, and asset management teams.
- Manage acquisition pipelines and timelines using CRM systems to ensure consistent follow-through.
- Prepare detailed deal summaries and maintain comprehensive acquisition documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of documented experience in industrial real estate acquisitions.
- Strong working knowledge of the Bay Area industrial real estate market.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard productivity tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with strong organization and accountability.
