The Credit Pros is seeking a full-time remote Client Success Agent to support customers within the credit repair industry. This role focuses on delivering high-quality phone-based service, resolving account and billing inquiries, and contributing to retention and revenue growth objectives. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and adherence to performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Utilize internal systems including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu for daily operations.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
- Log, track, and follow up on customer cases and maintain accurate records.
- Address billing, collections, payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
- Apply retention strategies and process service cancellations when required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards and personal loans.
- Strong customer-first mindset with empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week aligned with Eastern Time schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with CRM and communication tools.
- Stable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
