Apex is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to enhance the performance of e-commerce client websites through structured, data-driven optimization strategies. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, identifying performance gaps, and implementing measurable improvements that increase conversion rates and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored CRO strategies to improve website performance and maximize conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.
- Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate optimization hypotheses.
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and overall website architecture.
- Monitor performance metrics, document results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of CRO experience, specifically within e-commerce.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates for e-commerce brands.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.com.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion performance.
- Experience running A/B and multivariate tests from planning through implementation.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
