Job Description

 

Huble is seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead to join its Development team, reporting to the Head of Development. This role combines hands-on architectural design with team leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering scalable, high-quality HubSpot solutions across frontend and backend systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.


Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable full-stack solutions on the HubSpot platform.
- Lead frontend and backend development using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and guide technical standards across the team.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and consultants to define technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, workflows, and custom UI extensions.
- Manage team capacity, allocate tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.


Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
- At least 2 years of team leadership or technical lead experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural design patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot products, APIs, and custom integrations.
