Clinical Documentation Reviewer (ABA Therapy) - EST Hours

The Clinical Documentation Reviewer (ABA Therapy) ensures Applied Behavior Analysis session notes meet insurance and compliance standards. This remote role reviews clinical documentation, provides constructive feedback to clinicians, and supports quality assurance processes within a U.S.-based ABA therapy provider environment.

ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a Clinical Documentation Reviewer (ABA Therapy) to support a U.S.-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider. This fully remote role operates during EST hours and focuses on reviewing clinical session documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with insurance billing standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and the ability to provide professional feedback to clinicians.  

Responsibilities:  
- Review session notes completed by RBTs and BCBAs for completeness and compliance.  
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and documentation errors.  
- Ensure clinical documentation aligns with insurance billing requirements.  
- Provide respectful, constructive feedback to clinicians on documentation quality.  
- Track corrections and follow up on revised documentation where necessary.  
- Maintain organized records of quality reviews and collaborate with internal teams.  

Requirements:  
- Previous experience in ABA therapy; clinical ABA experience preferred.  
- Strong understanding of ABA documentation standards and insurance compliance.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism when delivering feedback.  
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflow independently.  
- Reliable fixed fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup solution.
