Wilson is seeking a Recruitment Consultant, French Speaking, to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and deliver high-quality talent solutions for clients. This remote role, based in South Africa, focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while maintaining strong client partnerships and achieving performance metrics. The consultant acts as both a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network through proactive market research and bench management.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies targeting passive and active candidates.
- Present qualified candidates and manage objections throughout the hiring process.
- Consult with hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy.
- Maintain accurate reporting within applicant tracking systems and meet weekly and monthly performance goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience performing all aspects of recruitment in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including competitive market research and advanced internet search techniques.
- Ability to manage and communicate recruiting pipelines effectively.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
- French language proficiency and strong communication skills.
