INFUSE is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Internal Systems to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of internal tools and business processes. This remote contract role focuses on building scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s continued growth. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, digital transformation expertise, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.  

Responsibilities:  
- Define and communicate the vision for internal systems that improve operational outcomes.  
- Translate strategic business goals into structured product roadmaps and delivery plans.  
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to release and optimization.  
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.  
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.  
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.  

Requirements:  
- 4+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or technology-driven company.  
- Proven track record delivering impactful internal tools and driving digital transformation.  
- Strong understanding of modern product and project management methodologies.  
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.  
- Experience optimizing business processes and implementing scalable solutions.  
- Fluent English and ability to work effectively across time zones in a remote environment.
