Senior Data Analyst for Payment Team

GR8 Tech is a B2B iGaming platform provider delivering scalable, high-impact technology solutions for global operators. The Senior Data Analyst for Payment Team owns payment analytics across deposits, withdrawals, PSP performance, and experimentation. This role drives KPI consistency, builds advanced analytical datasets, leads BI development, and partners cross-functionally to translate complex payment data into strategic, decision-ready insights that improve conversion, reliability, and revenue outcomes.

GR8 Tech is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Payment Team to transform payment data into actionable business decisions. This remote role focuses on optimizing deposit and withdrawal funnels, PSP performance, and payment experiments to improve conversion, revenue, and reliability. The analyst will serve as the primary analytics partner for Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations stakeholders.  

Responsibilities:  
- Own and standardize core Payments KPIs to ensure a single source of truth.  
- Analyze deposit and withdrawal funnels to identify performance levers and quantify business impact.  
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on approval rates, decline reasons, PSP performance, and payment method mix.  
- Evaluate experiments including A/B tests, phased rollouts, and pre/post analyses.  
- Build and maintain analytical datasets and data marts using advanced SQL.  
- Lead Payments BI development in Tableau and enable self-service reporting.  

Requirements:  
- 4+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in a product environment, preferably payments or fintech.  
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.  
- Strong understanding of payment metrics such as approval rates, chargebacks, refunds, and funnels.  
- Experience partnering with Product and Payments teams from hypothesis to insight delivery.  
- Proficiency in Tableau and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.  
- Solid statistical knowledge including experimentation and bias considerations.
