INFUSE is seeking a Middle+ / Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and implementation of internal systems and business processes that support the company’s next stage of growth. This contract role focuses on transforming operational complexity into scalable, automated solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for internal systems and process improvements.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and optimization.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and high-quality delivery.
- Analyze existing workflows and re-engineer processes with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Validate early-stage concepts using no-code or low-code prototypes where appropriate.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital environment.
- 2+ years of experience improving business processes and internal tools.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering internal innovations.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in automation and process optimization.
- Fluent English communication and comfort working across time zones.
