xpate is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of critical user-facing systems and the automation that powers them. This role combines deep domain expertise with hands-on product building, focusing on onboarding, client portals, and internal operations workflows within a fast-moving fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points across onboarding and portal experiences.
- Own the B2B onboarding journey, designing user flows, rapid prototypes, and automation opportunities.
- Lead client portal strategy to reduce support volume through self-service solutions.
- Design internal operations dashboards and workflows that improve efficiency.
- Integrate AI and automation into workflows to eliminate manual processes.
- Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and iterate based on performance data.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping B2B fintech, BaaS, or payments products.
- Strong prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, Framer, or Sketch.
- Deep knowledge of B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to challenge requirements constructively.
