Spring Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Temporary) to support its Technical Talent Acquisition team during a critical phase of growth. This six-month contract role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering teams, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while maintaining strong process rigor and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close for assigned technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and structured interview plans.
- Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound techniques.
- Manage multiple open requisitions while meeting time-to-hire and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data in Greenhouse and related systems.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, inclusivity, and hiring effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of technical recruiting experience supporting Product and Engineering teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
- Familiarity with modern TA tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, or ModernLoop.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
