Technical Business Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst bridges strategy and execution, transforming ambiguous ideas into structured scopes, validating opportunities, and leveraging AI and no-code tools to rapidly prototype and assess feasibility before full-scale development.

Rumor is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate complex ideas into structured initiatives and rapid prototypes. This role bridges analytical thinking with hands-on experimentation, helping define scope, validate opportunities, and leverage AI tools to accelerate execution across client and internal projects.

Responsibilities:
- Define and document detailed project scopes for applications, tools, and operational workflows.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic and product decisions.
- Evaluate new concepts and provide structured validation with clear recommendations.
- Identify and assess AI tools, automation platforms, and workflows for specific business challenges.
- Build lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts using AI and no-code/low-code tools.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into actionable briefs, documentation, and implementation plans.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong structured thinking and ability to convert ideas into clear scopes and execution plans.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage concept environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Ability to create functional prototypes using AI or no-code solutions.
- Excellent written English communication skills and availability aligned with PST timezone.
