Xpate is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the design and optimization of critical user-facing systems and the automation that powers them. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, focusing on deep domain expertise, workflow transformation, and AI-driven automation across onboarding, client portals, and internal operations systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to uncover unarticulated pain points in onboarding and portal workflows.
- Own and optimize the B2B onboarding journey, embedding compliance and regulatory requirements seamlessly.
- Design client portal workflows that reduce support tickets through automation and self-service tools.
- Build and refine internal operations dashboards and efficiency workflows.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to eliminate manual processes.
- Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and iterate systems based on performance data.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in B2B fintech, payments, or banking platforms.
- Strong expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and detailed process documentation.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants.
- Ability to challenge requirements and propose optimized, user-centered solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
