LUMAS is a global market leader in art editions, collaborating with over 250 artists and serving a community of more than 300,000 collectors through galleries and online channels. The B2B Sales Manager supports the growth of LUMAS’ Architecture & Design and Hospitality sales channels, driving client acquisition, optimizing sales processes, and building long-term partnerships to expand the company’s international B2B presence.

Job Description

 

LUMAS is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to support the expansion of its Architecture & Design and Hospitality sales channels. This role focuses on driving client acquisition, strengthening partnerships, and optimizing sales processes to increase lead generation and conversion performance across international markets.


Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the Architecture & Design and Hospitality sectors.
- Support contract and pricing negotiations with clients and sales agents.
- Optimize sales processes to improve pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
- Contribute to building and managing an international agent network.
- Track and analyze sales activities, pipelines, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Represent LUMAS at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.


Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within A&D, art, furniture, or hospitality industries.
- Strong interest in developing a career in B2B sales with a passion for art and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
- Business fluent English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for client and industry engagements.
