LUMAS is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to support the expansion of its Architecture & Design and Hospitality sales channels. This role focuses on driving client acquisition, strengthening partnerships, and optimizing sales processes to increase lead generation and conversion performance across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the Architecture & Design and Hospitality sectors.
- Support contract and pricing negotiations with clients and sales agents.
- Optimize sales processes to improve pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
- Contribute to building and managing an international agent network.
- Track and analyze sales activities, pipelines, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Represent LUMAS at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within A&D, art, furniture, or hospitality industries.
- Strong interest in developing a career in B2B sales with a passion for art and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
- Business fluent English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for client and industry engagements.
