INFUSE is seeking a Mid-Level Instructional Designer on a contract basis to design impactful blended learning experiences that combine digital innovation and human interaction. This role supports INFUSE Academy’s internal and external education initiatives, creating engaging, self-paced programs enhanced by generative AI technologies. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver learner-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop blended learning programs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Apply andragogy principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies.
- Create self-paced e-learning modules, virtual sessions, and practical on-the-job learning activities.
- Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPT configurations, to enhance learning solutions.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and instructional quality across all content formats.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in instructional design within digital or fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of generative AI tools and understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Experience prototyping and configuring AI-driven learning tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills.
