Middle+ / Senior Product Manager – Internal Systems and Processes

The Middle+/Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of internal systems and process innovations, partnering with leadership and technical teams to design scalable tools, automate workflows, and optimize business operations for continued growth.

INFUSE is seeking a Middle+/Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of internal systems and business process improvements. This role focuses on building scalable internal solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s next stage of growth. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision for internal systems aligned with business strategy.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to release and optimization.
- Analyze existing processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Implement scalable solutions and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a digital or tech-driven environment.
- 2+ years of experience improving business processes and internal tools.
- Strong understanding of modern product management practices and cross-functional leadership.
- Proven experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
