Job Description

 

Mozilla is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its Business Unit Finance & Strategy team, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Finance & Strategy. This high-impact leadership role owns revenue and ARR architecture across Mozilla’s product portfolio, driving forecasting rigor, automation, and strategic decision support. The position operates at the intersection of Finance, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure financial logic aligns with business realities.


Responsibilities:
- Design and scale revenue and ARR models that serve as the single source of truth.
- Lead end-to-end revenue forecasting processes, integrating top-down and bottom-up inputs.
- Partner with Data Science to refine predictive models and ensure commercial alignment.
- Advise Business Development and Sales teams on deal structures and partnership economics.
- Build automated analytical workflows using Python and SQL to reduce manual reporting.
- Translate complex revenue analyses into executive-level strategic insights.


Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in Finance & Strategy or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
- Experience using Python for data manipulation and financial automation.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker and advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and net expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
