Zenergi is seeking a Client Partner to manage and grow relationships within a defined portfolio of 30–60 medium-value customers. This role focuses on delivering measurable return on investment, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand service adoption. The Client Partner will serve as a strategic advisor, aligning Zenergi’s utilities and sustainability solutions with each customer’s operational and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within assigned customer portfolios.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives and renewal targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
- Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and proactively mitigate retention risks.
- Analyze customer data, including energy consumption and market trends, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer success or sales-focused role using CRM and sales technology tools.
- Proven ability to promote value through strong customer experience practices.
