SI-BONE is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, National Accounts to drive national account revenue growth and maintain average selling price (ASP) performance. This role focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise-level healthcare clients while negotiating contracts and aligning internal teams to support sustained profitability and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans for key national accounts
- Meet or exceed corporate ASP and revenue growth targets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and rebate structures
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align client needs
- Monitor account performance and present detailed reports to senior leadership
- Manage RFP responses, pricing analysis, and contract data within company systems
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales, contract management, consulting, or GPO experience
- Experience negotiating legal documents and enterprise-level agreements
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic proposals
- Strong data analysis and pricing management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
