Senior SEO/GEO Manager

The Senior SEO/GEO Manager will lead global organic growth strategy, combining technical SEO expertise with user experience optimization. This role focuses on driving measurable business outcomes through site architecture improvements, international SEO scaling, content alignment, and data-driven performance management.

Remote is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Manager to lead its global organic growth strategy. This role sits within the Growth team and is responsible for driving technical SEO excellence, aligning organic visibility with business outcomes, and scaling international search performance. The Senior SEO/GEO Manager will oversee SEO specialists and external partners while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global SEO and GEO roadmap aligned with MQL and customer acquisition goals  
- Drive technical SEO improvements including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals optimization  
- Collaborate with content teams to align search intent with funnel performance  
- Lead international SEO initiatives in partnership with localization teams  
- Manage stakeholder relationships and external vendors for SEO and digital PR initiatives  
- Own organic channel reporting and quantify ROI through analytics and KPI tracking  

Requirements:
- Several years of SEO experience with leadership responsibilities  
- Expert-level technical SEO knowledge including schema, site speed, and RegEx  
- Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing environments  
- Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and analytics tools  
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts  
- Fluent English proficiency
