This role combines technical 3D production expertise with artistic judgment to deliver polished, render-ready content that enhances AI-driven visual intelligence systems.

xAI is seeking an AI Tutor – 3D Specialist to support the development of Grok’s visual understanding capabilities. This role focuses on producing high-quality 3D assets and animations that contribute to AI training and refinement. The specialist will collaborate with technical teams to translate project requirements into polished visual outputs while maintaining strong technical and artistic standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models, characters, environments, and animations using industry-standard tools  
- Develop lighting setups and camera animations to support project objectives  
- Produce clean, render-ready assets that meet technical specifications  
- Apply strong modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation fundamentals  
- Collaborate with technical staff to iterate and refine deliverables  
- Ensure consistency in visual composition and technical execution  

Requirements:
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in 3D content creation  
- Strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation  
- Experience setting up environments and animating cameras  
- Ability to deliver production-ready renders  
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills  
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
