Senior Fullstack Engineer

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will design and build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to develop scalable financial technology solutions used by millions of businesses and individuals. This role involves building and maintaining backend services and frontend interfaces within a microservices architecture. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that power payment processing, banking, and business management tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design algorithms and system architecture with development teams  
- Develop clean, efficient code using Node.js, TypeScript, and related technologies  
- Integrate third-party services and internal software components  
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments  
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems  
- Create technical documentation and recommend system improvements  

Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in software development roles  
- 5+ years of experience with the MERN stack  
- 2+ years of experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C#  
- Experience with ReactJS, Node.js, ExpressJS, and Git  
- Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, and ORM frameworks  
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and test-driven development
