Creatives Delivery Associate

INFUSE is a global B2B demand generation and marketing services company working with major technology brands worldwide. The Creatives Delivery Associate will coordinate collaboration between web design and copywriting teams, ensuring seamless project execution and communication with Client Success and Campaign Management departments. This role focuses on task distribution, workflow oversight, and maintaining accurate documentation to support high-quality creative delivery.

INFUSE is seeking a Creatives Delivery Associate to support the coordination and execution of creative projects within its global marketing operations. This role ensures effective collaboration between web design and copywriting teams while maintaining alignment with Client Success and Campaign Management departments. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage workflows and maintain accurate task tracking.

Responsibilities:
- Distribute tasks between web design and copywriting teams  
- Coordinate collaboration between creative, Client Success, and Campaign teams  
- Plan and manage tasks using Google Docs and related tools  
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables  
- Maintain and update task tracking tables with accurate information  
- Participate in team meetings and process coordination activities  

Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency  
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Excel  
- Experience with Google Drive and Google Sheets  
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities  
- Strong organizational and communication skills  
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
