Senior Director, Clinical Research Business Development

Panoramic Health is a value-based kidney care platform operating a multi-site clinical research network specializing in CVRM industry-sponsored trials. The Senior Director of Clinical Research Business Development will lead commercial strategy, sponsor and CRO engagement, and revenue growth initiatives. This executive role focuses on CRM-driven pipeline management, enterprise scalability, and private equity-aligned performance reporting to drive study awards and long-term enterprise value.

Panoramic Health is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Research Business Development to drive commercial growth within its Panoramic Science division. This leader will own the end-to-end commercial strategy, focusing on increasing industry-sponsored trial awards, strengthening sponsor and CRO relationships, and building a scalable business development engine aligned with private equity growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a scalable commercial strategy aligned with growth and value creation goals  
- Lead senior-level relationships with biopharma, pharma, and CRO partners  
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track pipeline health, win rates, and revenue forecasts  
- Establish standardized BD processes, playbooks, and performance metrics  
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, regulatory, and site leadership  
- Represent the organization at sponsor meetings and industry conferences  

Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development experience in industry-sponsored clinical research  
- Experience within a clinical research site network or multi-site organization  
- Proven track record of driving study awards and revenue growth  
- Strong CRM expertise, including pipeline analytics and forecasting  
- Deep familiarity with CVRM clinical trials and sponsor decision processes  
- Experience operating in private equity-backed healthcare environments
