Chief Operating Officer

Maa-Althahab is a subsidiary brand of MAISON DE MAA Group, a leading fragrance company in the Middle East and Africa founded in 2006. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead global operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee P&L performance across business units. This executive role focuses on operational excellence, cost optimization, supply chain management, and sustainable expansion aligned with the company’s vision and profitability goals.

Maa-Althahab, a subsidiary of MAISON DE MAA Group, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and optimize the organization’s global operations. This executive role is responsible for strategic planning, operational performance, and profitability across business divisions. The COO will provide leadership to ensure operational excellence, sustainable growth, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational functions to ensure sustainable business growth  
- Direct annual strategic business planning aligned with company mission and objectives  
- Lead development and execution of operational activities across business units  
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency  
- Manage supply chain, logistics, warehouses, and shared services functions  
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved  

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration  
- 10+ years of experience managing operations functions  
- Strong knowledge of operational management, P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning  
- Experience in business development and project management  
- Fluency in English and Arabic  
- Demonstrated leadership, auditing, and organizational capabilities
