SpotHopper is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support new restaurant and bar clients during their initial platform setup and adoption. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers experience value quickly and effectively from the company’s marketing and operations software. The Onboarding Specialist will manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while serving as a primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of onboarding for 10–15 new customers per month
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer questions
- Respond to inbound emails and support tickets from assigned clients
- Coordinate and schedule photoshoots for customer marketing assets
- Collaborate with customers and internal design teams on website development
- Ensure customers successfully launch and begin using platform features
