Job Description

 

Sensei Labs is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support enterprise customers and drive long-term account growth. This role is responsible for ensuring customers derive measurable value from the company’s work orchestration platform while identifying opportunities for retention and expansion. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate cross-functionally and engage directly with executive stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and maximize ROI.


Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers to maintain account health and retention  
- Develop customer strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives  
- Identify and pursue expansion and new business opportunities within existing accounts  
- Lead Executive Business Reviews with customer leadership and internal stakeholders  
- Monitor adoption metrics, financial performance, and qualitative feedback  
- Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to solve business challenges  


Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, growth-focused role  
- Background in SaaS, consulting, or enterprise environments  
- Experience working with senior executives in global organizations  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills  
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex accounts  
- Analytical mindset; familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus
