INFUSE is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for driving financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term scalability across global operations. The CFO will balance strategic vision with operational precision, ensuring financial clarity while enabling sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations including forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, risk, and compliance  
- Design and implement data-driven financial systems for accurate decision-making  
- Partner with executive leadership on investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives  
- Oversee audits, tax filings, and global legal entity management  
- Develop and refine financial models to support planning and performance tracking

Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles
