Product Manager, Compliance

Chainlink Labs is the developer of the industry-standard decentralized oracle network powering DeFi and institutional blockchain adoption. This role owns the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), defining strategy and execution for onchain compliance, identity, and policy enforcement solutions. The position focuses on product-market fit, regulatory alignment, and scaling compliant blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions and DeFi protocols globally.

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), a platform designed to enable compliant onchain financial products. This role serves as the single accountable owner for ACE, defining how compliance, identity management, and policy enforcement operate across decentralized finance and traditional financial institutions. The Product Manager will drive adoption in a rapidly evolving regulatory and blockchain landscape.  

Responsibilities:  
- Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Automated Compliance Engine  
- Launch and scale ACE to achieve adoption across asset issuers and DeFi protocols  
- Enable compliant issuance, identity management, and policy enforcement across jurisdictions  
- Integrate complementary Chainlink products into a unified compliance platform  
- Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver technically complex blockchain solutions  
- Represent product vision and progress to senior stakeholders and institutional customers  

Requirements:  
- 3–6 years of experience building onchain compliance products as a product manager  
- Experience spanning traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocols  
- Deep understanding of digital asset regulatory requirements across jurisdictions  
- Proven end-to-end product ownership from strategy to execution  
- Strong collaboration skills with blockchain engineering teams  
- Ability to communicate complex product strategy to executive stakeholders
