SafetyWing is seeking a Platform Business Partner to manage and expand relationships with platform partners distributing its Remote Health product. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partner management, commercial execution, and scalable operational processes. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to convert strong partnerships into repeatable, sustainable revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and close platform partnership deals from outbound, inbound, and partner-led opportunities
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management including onboarding, growth, renewal, and expansion
- Identify revenue growth opportunities tied to launches, renewals, and product releases
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and propose data-driven growth strategies
- Design scalable processes enabling partners to independently sell and support the product
- Proactively identify churn risks and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate them
Requirements:
- Experience managing a revenue-generating portfolio of accounts or partners
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience with platform or ecosystem partnerships in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech
- Comfort collaborating on API-driven or technical integrations
- Strong cross-functional execution and revenue ownership experience
- Clear communication, organization, and follow-through skills
