Arabic Language Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

The hiring organization is seeking expert Arabic linguists to support the development of advanced AI language models. The Arabic Language Specialist – AI Trainer will contribute to the advancement of large-scale language models by providing expert-level linguistic evaluation and analysis. This contract role focuses on challenging AI systems across diverse aspects of Arabic language and documenting performance gaps to strengthen model reasoning and accuracy. Specialists will apply deep knowledge of grammar, morphology, semantics, dialectal variation, and cultural context to refine AI training processes.  

Responsibilities:  
- Engage in structured conversations with AI models to evaluate linguistic performance  
- Analyze grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics accuracy  
- Test translation quality, dialect variation handling, and script comprehension  
- Document reproducible model errors and identify reasoning failure patterns  
- Provide detailed feedback to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics  
- Verify factual correctness and logical consistency in model outputs  

Requirements:  
- Master’s or PhD in Arabic language, linguistics, or closely related field preferred  
- Strong expertise in Arabic grammar, dialects, and linguistic theory  
- Experience in translation, linguistic research, or language analysis projects  
- Ability to clearly document reasoning and provide structured analytical feedback  
- Strong written communication skills in English
